Manjaman Broiled Salmon
Serves: 4 Method: Oven Broil
INGREDIENTS: 2 lb. Fresh salmon fillet with skin 1 Tbsp Manjaman Tropic Chipotle 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS: • Preheat Oven to broil • Rub Manjaman Tropic Chipotle and Olive Oil into both sides of fish fillet • Broil salmon steaks or fillets about 4 inches from heat, allowing about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. SECRET: Baste with Manjaman Sweet Mesquite and caramelize at the last 2 minutes of broiling.
LEFT OVERS:
Crumble corn tortillas and fish together. Fry with a little butter for 2 -3 minutes then crack an egg over the top and scramble. Serve with Manjaman Island Heat.

Manja Fish Fry
Method: Stove top
INGREDIENTS: Favorite Fish Fillet, Olive Oil, Bread Crumbs, Flour
DIRECTIONS:
1 Tbsp or more Manjaman Fusion Spice™ per every ½ lb of meat.
Rub lightly. Mix in separate bowl 1/4 c flour and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Dip fillet(s) in mixture.
Fry fillet(s) in a nonstick pan with olive oil.
Serve with white rice.
SECRET: Add enough Olive Oil to lightly fry. Cool on rack to retain "crispiness".
