Manjaman has always been a "closet chef". As a child growing to a teenager, Russs has always cooked to emulate his mothers style of cooking. While in the foods industry Russs enjoyed experimenting with combining ingredients in a contemporary light to satisfy the munchies. Today, Russs has the opportunity to step out of the closet and share with you his version of a spanish and asian inspired fusion.  An easier way for Manjaman to say "Filipino".
